("GIS") an irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free worldwide license to use, copy, modify, prepare derivative works of and make available any photographs, diagrams and other documents you submit to this site for any purpose relating to the listing of the property on any GIS site; and
4. you have all necessary licenses, rights, consents and permissions to submit those photographs, diagrams and other documents and to grant the license set out in (c).
